The City of Monett is soliciting proposals and statements of qualifications from firms or individuals to provide broker services in providing property/casualty insurance and assist with the management of its risk management program. The City of Monett is seeking agents or firms with demonstrated experience in providing municipal insurance needs and services. Selection process will include but not be limited to qualifications, experience, fees, knowledge of municipal needs, and capacity to serve the City on a timely basis.

The City reserves the right to negotiate with any or all applicants regarding proposals, and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals for services.

Statement of Qualifications and Proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. August 12, 2010.

Box 110, Monett, MO 65708 or by calling 417-235-3763 and requesting insurance broker proposals. All proposals must be remitted by mail. No appointments will be scheduled until after the deadline date and after such time that all proposals have been evaluated.
