The Director of Finance is responsible for providing
accounting services and maintaining the financial statements
of the City. Primary responsibilities include:
- Prepare regular financial reports summarizing the
City's financial position;
- Prepare and publish the City's annual financial report;
- Coordinate cash flow needs with investment options;
- Coordinate issuance of debt instruments;
- Coordinate the development and preparation of the
City's annual budget;
- Provide analysis of financial feasibilities and report
findings to City Council.
