Note: Properties sharing a water meter,
i.e. apartment, trailer parks, etc., have their sewer
bills calculated based on the base rate ($12.00) times
the number of units. For example, an apartment with 10
units and one water meter would have a minimum sewer bill
of $120.00 (10 X $12.00). This would include 20,000 gallons
of use before additional charges would be applied. After
the minimum use was reached, all additional sewer use
would be charged at $1.97 per 1,000 gallons based on water
use.
