The City and the employee each contribute
7.65% of the employee's salary to Social

| Supplementary Pension Plan (LAGERS) |
All eligible City employees are automatically
enrolled in the Missouri Local Government
Employees Retirement System (LAGERS) following
the first six months of employment. Contributions
to this plan are paid in full by the City. |

Miscellaneous |
| Overtime |
Overtime may be available to eligible
employees, and is payable at 1-1/2 times
the employee's hourly rate. Professional,
administrative, and supervisory employees
who are not eligible for overtime remuneration
may be allowed flexibility with other time-off
provisions. |

for Time Off
(NOTE: Time-off accruals and provisions

| Vacation Leave |
Eligible employees (excluding Fire) receive
80 hours of vacation effective one year
from the initial date of hire and are eligible
to use vacation at the discretion of the
department head.. Vacation is accrued at
eight hours per year up to 160 hours. Forty
hours may be carried over each year. |
| Floating Holidays |
One "floating" holiday is allowed
per year (excluding Fire). |
| Holidays |
Ten holidays each year with full pay (excluding
Fire). If a holiday is worked, equal time
off or pay is provided. |
| Sick Leave |
Accumulated at four hours bi-weekly. |
