IS THE LAW
The City of Monett has a fair
housing ordinance that makes it illegal to
discriminate against a person for race, color,
religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or
national origin in the selling or renting of
residential property.
This includes: the sell, rent,
advertising, appraisal, financing, and brokerage
of a unit.
