SOLICITATION AGRICULTURE LAND LEASE
The City of Monett is seeking bid proposals for a five-year agriculture land lease for approximately
19 tillable acres immediately west of the Wastewater Treatment Plant extending from the BNSF
Right of Way to the north, to the south side of Clear Creek Channel, in Monett, Missouri. The
sealed bid amount should be submitted as total dollar amount per acre. Bids are due November, 1
2022 by 10:00 a.m. and may be mailed or dropped off at City of Monett, 217 5th Street, Monett,
Missouri, 65708. Stipulations and requirements for the use of the leased agricultural land are
specified in the lease agreement. Please direct questions and details regarding this land lease to
