Public Works Day!
Do you have little ones that LOVE trash trucks, backhoes, loaders, graders, dump trucks, snowplow trucks, big tractors with batwing mowers? Come out to our first ever Public Works Day at the Public Works Street Barn on Friday, May 26th from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm. Let your little ones see the machines and the men that run them up close and in a SAFE ENVIRONMENT. This will be a static display and a great opportunity to get some pictures of them in the machines that they love. We will have a limited supply of activity books available for the little ones (geared for preschool to 2nd grade). Help us celebrate National Public Works Week with the kids and show them what Public Works is all about. Maybe one day they can be a part of our family. Part-time opportunities begin at age 16 and a lot of our full-time workforce started this very same way!.jpg)
